  • Students prepare for second Notre Dame silent demonstration against sexual assault

    Students at Saint Mary's and Notre Dame are preparing for a second protest Saturday against sexual assault. It is planned for when plenty of people will be on campus for the football game against Navy.     The students say this time, Notre Dame asked them NOT to do another march. So instead, students will stand opposite a flag pole on the South Quad in silent protest. They say it's a show of support for survivors of sexual violence.

  • "Draft Biden" pulls ads on Biden's personal story

    The political action committee "Draft Biden" has pulled an ad airing on cable television that focuses on the Vice President's personal story.The ad recalls the deaths of Joe Biden's first wife and a daughter in 1972. They were killed in a car accident.
