    Ryan Danial Poe, 35, is behind bars Friday night for his fathers murder.It happened around 9 p.m. on the 600 block of East Levi Lee Road in Leesburg.Police found 65-year-old Ronnie Poe at home, and already deadfrom a gunshot wound in the head.Officers found Ryan in his bedroom - both men lived in the same house. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff, Poe was arrested without incident.He faces preliminary charges of felony murder.

  • One dead after Warsaw shooting

    One person is dead and another in jail after a shooting in Warsaw. TheKosciusko County Sheriff is still working the scene.It happened on the600 block of East Levi Lee Road, just south of Leesburg. The suspect is in custody at the Kosciusko County Jail.FOX28 has a crew on scene now and will update the story as it develops.
