    South Bend Fire Department crews are on scene at Park Jefferson apartments in response to a possible drowning. Dispatchers were not able confirm details over the phone, but said the call came in at 11:40am. South Bend Police say the County Coroner's Office has been called and the incident is considered non-criminal.
