Being Drunk Makes You Think You're Sexier . . . But Non-Alcoholic Beer Can Have the Same Effect

One of the main reasons we drink alcohol is because we know it makes us SEXIER.  At least in our minds.  As we stumble around and slur our words and get into arguments with inanimate objects it's probably NOT as sexy as we think.

--According to a new study, it's not the alcohol that makes us feel sexy, though.  It's that we've trained ourselves to BELIEVE alcohol makes us sexier.

--Researchers in France ran two different studies.  In one, they had people drink alcohol and rate their own sexiness . . . in another one, they had people drink what they THOUGHT was alcohol, but was really juice, and rate their own sexiness.

--And they found the people who drank the non-alcoholic drink . . . but thought it was alcoholic . . . gave themselves the same sexiness ratings as people who were actually drunk.

--In the report, the researchers say, quote, "Our study shows that the mere fact of believing that you have drunk alcohol makes you feel more attractive.  The alcohol dose has no effect."

The Workers in the Best Shape are . . .

According to a new study, the workers in the best shape are . . . waiters and waitresses.  And it's thanks to their jobs.  They take approximately 23,000 steps in a shift, which is almost two-and-a-half times more than the average person.  Nurses, retail staff, farmers, and stay-at-home moms are the rest of the top five.  The workers in the worst shape are . . . office workers.

If you're not familiar with Instagram, it's an app that lets you tweak your cell phone photos and give them vintage looks.  And it turns out your Facebook friends HATE THEM.  In a new survey, Instagram and other faux-vintage photos were voted THE most annoying types of photos people post on Facebook.  Baby photos are second, clearly staged photos are third, holiday photos are fourth, food photos are fifth.
