    The former Secretary of State was repeatedly heckled during a rally at the University of Maryland Thursday. Clinton was there to show support for Democratic Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown who is running for Governor. More than a dozen pro-immigrant activists who call themselves "United We Dream" yelled throughout most of her speech. Some protesters in the bleachers were escorted out by security officers.

    Elkhart is making plans to convert two downtown streets from one-way to two-way traffic. Mayor Dick Moore issued a press release Friday announcing that 2nd St. between Harrison St. and Tyler St., and Tyler St. between 2nd St. and Main St., will both be switching over to two-way traffic.
