    Almost two full years after a plane crashed into a South Bend residential neighborhood, leaving two people dead, the NTSB has released a preliminary report on their investigation into the crash.The National Transportation Safety Board released an "Interim Factual Summary" this week on the crash that took place on Mar. 17 in 2013, and resulted in the death of the pilot Wesley Caves and "pilot-level-passenger" Steven Davis.
