    Leader Publications report Midwest Energy Cooperative held a fundraiser toward the end of August. It took the form of a movie night. Almost 200 people came out to watch the Disney/Pixar movie "Up" in Cassopolis. According to Leader Publications, there were even more who wanted to ride the Hot Air balloon at the event.     Leader Publications report Cass County Pheasants Forever released 25 juvenile pheasants into a field in Cassopolis.The group is hoping to restore the area's pheasant population. One of the group's members, Curt Johnson, raised these birds. They are 12 weeks old.     In just 72 hours this weekend, the University of Notre Dame received three sexual assault reports. The reports happened even as Notre Dame is launching a new sexual assault education program, called Green Dot.
