New mom Alicia Keys took to Twitter for the first time after giving birth to her first child, a boy named Egypt Daoud Dean. The singer took to Twitter to thank her supporters. She wrote, "There is no word to properly describe LOVE, to describe BLISS, to express a FEELING like this!!! Thank U 4 your love, support & prayers! ;-)."

Her husband, Swizz Beatz also took to Twitter to thank the fans.

He wrote, "Much love for all the support everybody been showing but I want to shout out my wife for being bigger then SUPERWOMAN! #GODSGIFT."

Alicia gave birth to Egypt on October 14th. This is her first child and Swizz's fourth.
