    Over four months after one man was killed and three others were injured in a suspicious fire at a South Bend home, murder and arson charges have been filed against a suspect in the blaze.The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office confirmed James Huffman was charged Wednesday with one count of Murder and two counts of Arson for his alleged role in a fire that killed 49-year-old Robert Tucker, and sent three others to the hospital.
