    A jury returned all guilty verdicts against man from Benton Harbor accused in a series of sexual assaults from 2015. The Berrien County Prosecutor's Office states Marcus Antuane Stewart was convicted Thursday following a trial that started Tuesday.

  • Tolson Center moves into the last phase of its fundraising campaign

    The Tolson Center in Elkhart is kicking off the final phase of an ongoing fundraising effort.  Clyde Riley, Superintendent of Elkhart Parks and Rec, announced the Center's "Buy a Brick, Build a Community" campaign Thursday. The idea is to have schools, citizens, churches, businesses and service clubs buy a brick for 250-dollars each so the center can reach that part of its fundraising goal of $250,000 by September.

  • Expanded alcohol sales coming to state fair

    The Indiana State Fair will feature expanded alcohol sales this year, allowing fairgoers to purchase alcohol at certain locations for the duration of the August exposition.
