    UPDATE: The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office announced the victim of Friday morning's fatal accident has been identified. Police report the man killed was 80-year-old Richard Plummer of Lakeville. The Prosecutor's Office says no charges have been filed against the 18-year-old driver, so their name is not being released. Speed and alcohol have both reportedly been ruled out by police as factors in the accident.
