    Actor James Woods will be allowed to bring a $10 million defamation lawsuit against an anonymous Twitter user who called him some nasty names.A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that Woods had sufficiently established he could win this case.

  • South Bend man facing federal charges for producing child pornography

    A South Bend man is behind bars and facing federal charges for allegedly producing child pornography.  The United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana says Matthew McCray has been indicted for one count of Possession and four counts of Production of Child Pornography. The US Attorney says McCray was arrested as part of a joint investigation between the FBI and the St. Joseph County Police Department.
