  • Police search home of missing Indianapolis baby

    Police have served a search warrant at the Indianapolis home of the parents of a missing 6-week-old boy.

  • UPDATE: Mother charged in connection with death of 11-month-old son

    UPDATE: St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Commander Tim Corbett says the baby is alive and in critical condition. South Bend Police initially reported the case was a homicide. Corbett also says the mother of the child has been arrested and is in custody. She has been identified as Nyesha Crockett.

  • Coroner: Body found in Elkhart County not connected to recent missing persons case

    Elkhart County Sheriff's Depart say a body was found on the 67,000 block of County Road 23 near New Paris.Police say the body was found around 1:40 p.m.The gender of the body has not been announced.FOX28 has a heading to the scene and will update as soon as we get more information.

  • Ontwa Township struggles with sewage in residents' yards

    For some Edwardsburg residents, Labor Day was less than restful. They were scrubbing their basements and bathrooms because last night many of them say their properties filled up with sewage overflow from the nearby lift station."You hear the gurgling noise and the next thing you know it's coming up the shower, it's coming up the toilet. And spewing into the house," said resident Kevin O'Neill.
