  • Warsaw man arrested for allegedly selling drugs to an undercover cop

    A Warsaw man is behind bars Wednesday after police say he sold drugs to an undercover officer. Chad Monroe Morgan was arrested after police say undercover narcotics officers made multiple purchases of prescription drugs and marijuana from him. Morgan was preliminarily charged with Felony Dealing in a Schedule I Controlled Substance, and is being held on $4,000 bond.

  • Runners from around the world promote peace, two from Ukraine

    While the world is sitting and waiting to see what's going to happen next over in the Ukraine, one group is here trying to make a difference and promote peace. For 27 years, the Oneness Home Peace Run has traveled 10,000 miles each year. Runner Arpan DeAngelo says this particular run started on April 19th in New York City.   • Dowagiac Police asking for help in search for missing teenage boy

    Dowagiac Police are looking for a missing teenage boy last seen leaving his parent's home. Police say 17-year-old Daven Lamont Brown was last seen on July 21. They report he left his parent's home for the night in a family car but did not return home the next morning.

  • Woman found dead inside her burning home in Middlebury

    Police are still investigating after a woman was found dead Wednesday morning inside of her home in Middlebury. When authorities arrived at the scene, her house had caught fire.Elkhart County Sheriff Department deputies responded to the scene on the 11400 block of County Rd. 4 in Middlebury shortly after midnight Wednesday morning. Inside the home, they found 69-year-old Lona Chutsch dead inside of her burning house.
