  • No one in custody after man shot to death over the weekend in South Bend

    There is still no one in custody after a man was shot to death Saturday in South Bend.  The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office confirmed they have received the autopsy results for Terrell Poindexter. Prosecutors say a forensic pathologist in Kalamazoo, Michigan confirmed Poindexter's death was a homicide caused by a gunshot wound.

    Two people are in police custody after gunfire broke out at Silver Beach Monday night. The Berrien County Sheriff's Department confirmed two Elkhart men are awaiting arraignment on charges after officers responded to reports of gunfire at Silver Beach County Park.
