    AP- One of the teenagers wounded in a Washington state high school shooting has died, raising to four the number of fatalities from the moment when a student opened fire in a cafeteria.Officials at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett said 14-year-old Shaylee Chuckulnaskit died Friday afternoon.     4 agencies the Catholic Worker Community/Our Lady of the Road, Center for the Homeless, Life Treatment Centers, and Project WARM/ Hope Ministries will provide sleeping accommodations beyond their regular residential capacities.
