LaGrange County Public Library All are welcome! Join Purdue Extension and the LaGrange County Public Library for free indoor walking classes developed by Debra Palmer, PhD., of Rutgers University, in collaboration with Leslie Sansone. Come learn about this low impact workout you’ll be able to do in the comfort of your own home. • Receive a free instructional DVD after completing the 6 week session. • Enjoy healthy snack samples, recipes and nutrition information at each class session. LaGrange County Public Library Needleworkers! Whatever fiber art you’re into--knitting, quilting, crochet, rug-hooking, lacemaking, spinning--bring it with you and join the group by the fireplace! At the first meeting, on January 20, librarian Amanda Wisler will bring a tatting shuttle and demonstrate how to “flip” your thread. This event will be held on the third Tuesday of each month.

Miguel Reyes is a 13 year old who was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer. He is currently receiving chemotherapy. We are having this benefit to raise money for his care.
